Refund Policy for Snehlata Art Gallery

 

At Snehlata Art Gallery, we aim to provide high-quality handcrafted artworks and smooth online class experiences. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Please read our refund rules below:

1. Refunds for Physical Artwork

  • We do not offer refunds for custom-made or personalised mandala artworks.
  • For ready-made artworks, refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged during delivery.
  • You must share unboxing video + photos within 24 hours of delivery to claim a refund.

2. Refunds for Online Courses / Classes

  • Once the course is purchased, no refund will be provided.
  • For live classes, if you miss a session, we may provide recordings (if available) but not refunds.

3. Wrong or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • wrong product
  • incomplete order
  • or missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We will replace the product or offer a suitable solution.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • After 6 hours, the artwork creation process begins, so cancellation is not possible.

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
