At Snehlata Art Gallery, we carefully package and ship each mandala artwork to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please read our shipping details below.

1. Processing Time

  • All custom mandala artworks require 5–15 days (depending on size and complexity) to create.
  • Ready-made artworks are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Digital products (if any) are delivered instantly through email or download link.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship through trusted courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary during festivals or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight/size.
  • For some products, free shipping may be offered.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • A tracking link to follow your shipment

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please share unboxing video + photos within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will replace the artwork or provide a suitable solution.

If the package is lost during transit, we will arrange reshipment at no extra cost.

6. International Shipping (Optional)

  • We ship internationally to selected countries.
  • Shipping charges and delivery time vary based on destination.
  • Customs duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
