Return Policy – Snehlata Art Gallery

 

At Snehlata Art Gallery, every artwork is handcrafted with care. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience. Please read our return rules carefully.

1. Returns for Physical Artwork

  • Custom-made or personalised mandala artworks are not eligible for return.
    (Because each piece is created specially for you.)
  • Ready-made artworks can be returned only if:
    • The product is damaged,
    • You received the wrong item,
    • Or the product is defective.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

To approve a return:

  • You must share an unboxing video + clear photos of the issue.
  • The return request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, original, and in the same condition as received.

3. No-Return Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom artworks
  • Digital downloads
  • Online courses or class recordings
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or sale items

4. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange pickup of the item or guide you on how to send it.
  • After receiving the item, our team will inspect it and update you.

5. Replacement or Refund

After inspection, you can choose:

  • Replacement of the artwork
  • OR Refund (only if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
