At Snehlata Art Gallery, every artwork is handcrafted with care, and our online classes are thoughtfully designed to offer a meaningful learning experience. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Physical Artwork

  • We do not offer refunds for custom-made or personalized mandala artworks, as they are created specifically on order.

  • Refunds for ready-made artworks are accepted only if the artwork is damaged during delivery.

  • To claim a refund, you must share a clear unboxing video along with photos within 24 hours of delivery.


2. Refunds for Online Courses / Classes

  • Once an online course or class is purchased, no refund will be provided.

  • For live online classes, if a session is missed, recordings may be shared (if available), but refunds are not applicable.


3. Wrong or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • A wrong product

  • An incomplete order

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable solution.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • After 6 hours, the artwork creation process begins, and cancellation is not possible.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


Return Policy

1. Returns for Physical Artwork

  • Custom-made or personalized mandala artworks are not eligible for return.

  • Ready-made artworks can be returned only if:

    • The product is damaged

    • The wrong item is delivered

    • The product is defective


2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

To approve a return:

  • An unboxing video and clear photos of the issue are mandatory.

  • The return request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom or personalized artworks

  • Digital downloads

  • Online courses or recorded classes

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or sale items


4. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will either:

    • Arrange a pickup, or

    • Guide you on how to send the item back.

  • After receiving the artwork, our team will inspect it and update you accordingly.


5. Replacement or Refund

After inspection, you may choose:

  • Replacement of the artwork, or

  • Refund (only in cases of damaged or incorrect items)

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
